ABOUT
Our project was born from the desire to enhance our city by drawing inspiration for the interior design from the context where the structure is located. Our completely independent accommodations, located in the historic center, offer spaces furnished with elegance and good taste inspired by some of the most significant places in Pavia so that each environment has its own distinctive characteristic and its own personality.
Our "dream home" will allow you to start or continue your trip from the comfort of your apartment!

Furnished and equipped apartments
Our apartments are completely renovated and equipped with kitchen (induction hobs, microwave, coffee machine), fully equipped private bathroom (linen, hairdryer, hygiene products), flat-screen TV and fast internet connection
Central location in Pavia
We are in a very central position in Pavia (a few steps from the historic pedestrian centre) but at the same time easily accessible by private car (we are outside the restricted traffic zone), buses or trains. There is paid car parking available by reservation in the internal courtyard.

FEATURES AND SERVICES
Reception and welcoming guests
There is a reception with staff present in the structure from Monday to Saturday (closed on Sunday) so as to respond to any needs of our guests.
Self Check in 24 hours
Through a simple and guided procedure we give our guests the opportunity to check in and collect the keys independently at the desired time.
Cleaning and linen change
It is carried out free of charge for stays longer than a week but can be requested for a fee at any time (even daily) by our guests.
Breakfast
It is not offered but in each apartment there is a coffee machine with courtesy pods. Furthermore, there is an agreement with a bar-pastry shop (300 meters away) which delivers to the apartment upon request.
Bike rental and tours of Pavia
We have structured a series of partnerships with various local entities so as to offer our guests additional services (bike rental for example) and experiences (tours and tourist guides) to better understand and visit the city of Pavia
